Public User: Dear Brother and Sister's, This is Desi Johnson. Mark is in need of your prayers. He is in great pain and barely able to walk. The doctors can not find anything wrong on the MRI. He can not work due to him constantly falling. We go back to the doctor at 1:30 today. Please strom heaven for help. Thank you all.
Cecilia Smith: Please pray for my sister Monica Munns. She had a bladder removal surgery over a year ago. The doctor botched the surgery and it needs to be completely redone. She traveled to UC San Francisco this morning. The Doctor she saw this morning said there is only one doctor in the entire state who would be able to do a total bladder reconstruction a second time and she is not sure that it would really help her. She is rarely without pain due to constantly recurring bladder and kidney infections, and has been hospitalized numerous times in the last year. She lives in a most undignified manner as the stint where she inserts the catheter into her belly button continually leaks urine. Today's appointment was her very last hope for recovery. Please pray that the one doctor able to do the surgery will be willing to do it and that it will be successful. Thank you for your prayers.
Janice Vinson: Please pray for Harvey McCulley who is in Hospice with lung cancer. Pray that God will relieve his pain and receive him into his loving arms.

Public User: Please pray for Laurale Curtsinger's sister in Atlanta, Georgia. She is currently in a diabetic coma. Her bodily functions are shutting down. Please pray for God's will. Also, pray for Laurale as she is traveling to Atlanta right now.
y sister has miraculously been released from ICU into a regular room. Thank you so much for your prayers. She has recovered quickly with all the prayers and we are so grateful for them.
Public User: Continued prayers for Mary Ann Goodrum, as she is at her daughter's home awaiting the knee replacement surgery which should be in early September. Pray for good health during this waiting period.
Marilyn Cox: Prayers for Desi Johnson as she will have bladder surgery on August 24. Pray for the surgeon that he may be led carefully for her safety
Public User: Dear Lay Dominican Brothers and Sisters, please pray for me, (Desi Johnson) on August 24, Wednesday. I am asking for Dr. Showalter to have the grace to fix my kidney issues, also for the grace to be able to heal quickly as possible. I know everything is possible with the love of (Mama) Mary and of course all things are granted from our Lord, Jesus Christ. I am his daughter, asking for a lot. Marilyn Cox: Please pray for Suzanne, mother of four, who had a biopsy this past week. Last year had pancreatic cancer, surgery for that in TX, and now has inflammation and pain at surgery location. Our Legion of Mary is doing a Rosary every night at 9 pm if you'd like to join us.
Mr. Larry Pryor, O.P.: Please be in prayer for a friend of Gretchen Wolaver who lost her husband today in a terrible head-on collision. Her name is Abigail McBride, she's about 20 and her husband was in his early 20s, they have a 6 month old baby boy. Please lift them up to the Lord and the Holy Mother.

Marilyn: Please pray for our brother, Ralph Fuller who professed his final promises in his St. Thomas Hospital room last evening. There were many people there to witness this happy event! Father Wilder, 3 Dominican Sisters, many Lay Dominicans, Lay Franciscans, and family /friends prayed for Ralph. He started his chemo treatments today. He is enjoying the icon of St. Dominic in his room.

Marilyn Cox: Please pray for Deacon Ken Levinson's grandson, Soren Jacob Levinson, 19 months old, who is in Vanderbilt Hospital with brain trauma. He is improving slightly and was released from ccu today and put into a regular room. It will be a long journey for this little one. Deacon is asking for prayers of thanksgiving for his continued healing. Also, prayers for complete recovery. Pray for comfort, strength, and endurance for Soren's parents and grandparents.
Marilyn Cox: Please continue prayers for our brother, Ralph Fuller, who has been diagnosed with cancer. Also, continue prayers for Carlos Guerra after his knee surgery. Our sister, Cecilia Smith, is still in California, making living arrangements for her father after her mother died a few weeks ago
Mr. Larry Pryor, O.P.: Sister Judith passed on in her sleep on Tuesday. Her funeral is today. Please ask for prayers from members. Eternal rest grant unto her & may the perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in peace with the Way, the Truth, & the Light.
